Interbrennero S.p.A. is committed to fully implementing the quality, safety and environment policy established by its directors, reproduced as follows.
Our company’s greatest asset is its personnel, the capital without which we could not exist or be competitive. Therefore, harmony in the workplace and employees who are motivated, capable of delivering a quality service and driven to constantly improve upon their abilities, are extremely important for us. Our personnel are technical consultants with superior levels of specialisation acquired through in-house training and refresher courses.
Every member of our staff is an active participant in the quality of the service we deliver. Quality costs less, satisfies the client, promotes our services in the market, increases sales and, as a consequence, guarantees jobs.
The management ensures the skill of its employees through activities to inform, train and raise awareness of issues concerning quality, safety and the environment. The management is also committed to disseminating the spirit of this policy clearly and unequivocally through meetings and conferences involving the heads of each company division in person. These meetings are documented by minutes archived by AQSA, while the topics discussed and resolutions of these meetings are subsequently communicated to all levels of company personnel.
The most effective path for continuous improvement is to prevent problems before they happen rather than to identify and correct them after they happen.
A dedication to improvement is expected from each employee in order to achieve goals set by the management to implement managerial and operational support systems that make the cumulative experience and knowledge of the company available to all employees at all levels, so that problems may be avoided by developing pre-emptive solutions.
